Joel Andersson

Joel Andersson is currently the Global Head of M&A Execution at Ericsson, a role they took on in 2023 after serving as the Global Head of M&A Integration & Separation from 2020 to 2023. With extensive experience in M&A, corporate transformation, and operational excellence across various industries, Joel has held significant positions, including Senior Manager at PwC Sweden and Manager at Deloitte. They also possess a strong academic background, holding a Master’s degree in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and a CEMS MIM in International Management. Prior to their extensive career in M&A, Joel garnered experience as an Investment Broker and a Financial Analyst Intern.
