Joel Schleeh

Joel Schleeh currently serves as the Head of Microwave Hardware and Antennas and Section Manager of Microwave Design 2 at Ericsson since January 2020. Prior to this role, Joel worked as CTO and RF Engineer at Low Noise Factory from August 2013 to December 2019. Joel's academic background includes a PhD in Cryogenic Ultra-low Noise InP High Electron Mobility Transistors from Chalmers University of Technology, where studies were conducted from 2010 to 2013, as well as a Master's degree from Chalmers University obtained between 2005 and 2009. Additional experience includes a position as a Visiting Researcher at the California Institute of Technology in 2013, and earlier roles at Saab AB.
