Johan Jaeger

Johan Jaeger is a Managing Principal in the Strategic Program Practice (SPP) at Ericsson, where they collaborate closely with the executive team on key strategic engagements since 2019. Previously, they served as a Principal at Kearney, focusing on Communications, Media & Technology, and held various consulting roles at Accenture and Eniro. Johan began their career with a thesis project at SAS, advising on employee incentive programs while completing their Master’s degree at Chalmers University of Technology. They also pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics at Gothenburg School of Economics.
