Johnny Young possesses extensive experience in talent management, diversity and inclusion, and human resources. At Ericsson, Johnny served as the Head of Talent Management & Learning BCSS from March 2018 to January 2025, focusing on talent development and skills enhancement. Additionally, Johnny led the Diversity & Inclusion function for Northeast Asia, collaborating with HR and business leaders to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce. In a prior role, Johnny was the Head of Human Resources for Hong Kong & Macau, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to enhance business performance. Earlier in Johnny's career, consultancy experience was gained at Mercer as a Compensation and Benefits Consultant, providing insights on remuneration strategies. Educationally, Johnny holds a Master of Psychology in Organisational Psychology from UNSW and a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Sydney.
