Jon Weingart

Jon Weingart is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Investigations Counsel for Ericsson's Global Investigations & Operations since June 2025. Prior to this role, Jon worked as Counsel at WilmerHale from July 2019 to May 2025, where responsibilities included handling cross-border investigations and providing compliance assessments related to bribery, corruption, money laundering, and fraud. Jon also held positions as Senior Associate and Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP between 2014 and 2019, along with various internships, including a legal internship at the U.S. Department of Justice and a judicial internship with The Honorable Michael L. Rankin. Jon earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies and Economics from Duke University.
