Jonas Plantin is a leader with extensive experience in advanced software development, currently overseeing change and coaching senior leaders in large-scale lean and agile development. Jonas previously held several key roles at Ericsson, including Head of Capability & Workforce and Head of various product development units, where they were responsible for strategy development and efficiency improvements across multiple telecommunications technologies. With a strong foundation in analytical skills and people-oriented leadership, Jonas holds degrees in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering as well as Automatic Control from Linköping University, along with a qualification in General Management from the Stockholm School of Economics.
