Jonathan Lynam

Jonathan Lynam is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and research. Currently serving as a Senior Research Engineer at Ericsson since 2009, Jonathan specializes in model-driven software research, focusing on the implementation of compilers to generate distributed systems software and synthesizing various software abstractions. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Redback Networks from 2000 to 2009, where the design and implementation of subscriber-oriented applications on the SmartEdge platform were key contributions, alongside writing the L2TP implementation. Additional experience includes serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Nortel Networks (Bay Networks) from 1998 to 1999 and working as a Technical Support Specialist, providing support for Bay Networks routers. Jonathan’s educational background includes studies at Universidad de Guanajuato and De Anza College.
