Joyanta Pal is currently a Senior Program Manager at Ericsson Digital Services and leads the ICT Program Management efforts at Ericsson Tanzania. With a robust background in technology and project management, Joyanta has successfully directed various large-scale technology transformations, notably managing Bharti-Airtel's 3G Migration projects across India. Previously serving as a Solution Architect, Joyanta provided technical leadership in developing the Online Billing Platform for Telstra in Australia.
