Julia Chen

Julia Chen is currently the Head of Communications and Executive Assistant at Ericsson, where they manage internal communications for an organization of over 3000 employees. Since 2013, they have formalized the communications function and established a virtual team to enhance strategic communication. Julia has previously held roles as an Executive Assistant and Communications Manager at Nanjing Ericsson Panda Communications Co., Ltd, and has extensive experience as a project leader and translator in various capacities, including significant positions at Atomic Energy of Canada Limited. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and Business Administration from Nanjing Normal University, along with multiple certifications in leadership and communications.
