Julie Hens

Julie Hens serves as the SVP of Global Distribution at Ericsson since February 2025. Prior to this role, Julie spent nearly two decades at Cisco, culminating in the position of VP of Global Virtual Sales & Engineering from October 2018 to April 2022, where Julie led a 2,000+ person organization and achieved a $6B revenue goal. Julie's prior tenure at Cisco included roles such as VP of Global Distribution Sales, where a $17B global distribution channel was managed, and VP of Americas Distribution, driving significant sales growth. Before Cisco, Julie held the position of VP & GM for the Western Region at Entex Information Services, significantly increasing sales and earning awards for outstanding performance. Julie holds a BA in Psychology from UC Irvine.
