Julien Muller is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive expertise in mobile networks and standardization. Currently serving as a Standardization Researcher at Ericsson since September 2018, Julien is a delegate for 3GPP RAN3. Prior to this role, Julien worked as a Senior Researcher at Fujitsu Laboratories of Europe, focusing on future mobile networks and 5G while also contributing to 3GPP RAN WG3. Julien's experience at Orange includes serving as a Mobile Network Architect and R&D Project Leader, contributing to various projects on network virtualization and interworking, as well as leading R&D projects for GSMA Rich Communication Suite devices. Julien's early career includes consulting at SII and an internship at Conseil Général de la Moselle. Julien holds two Master of Engineering degrees, one in Telecommunication and Networks from Université Savoie Mont Blanc and another in Applied Physics from Université de Lorraine.
