Kallol Dutta is an accomplished technology and transformation leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, data-driven strategies, and enterprise transformation. Currently serving as the Global Head of AI at Ericsson since August 2025, Kallol oversees the company's AI agenda and the execution of enterprise AI capabilities. Prior to this role, Kallol spent over 14 years at Spark New Zealand, where positions included Transformation Director and Group Data and Automation Leader, focusing on AI-enabled transformation, digitization, and responsible AI governance. Kallol's earlier career at IBM involved significant contributions to IT consulting and strategic outsourcing across the Asia Pacific region. Kallol holds an MBA in Marketing and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
