Kan 侃 Lou 楼 has over 20 years of experience in the ICT industry, primarily within large multinational firms such as Alcatel and Ericsson. They have held various roles, culminating in their current position as Head of Test Solutions at Ericsson since 2015. With a strong commitment to telecom evolution from 2G to 5G, Kan has more than a decade of management experience, successfully leading multinational projects and fostering organizational growth. Kan earned a Master of Business Administration from Macau University of Science and Technology in 2003.
