Karunan Arasu

Karunan Arasu is currently the Head of Network Operation Center (NOC) at Ericsson, where they lead day-to-day operations, ensuring effective management and surveillance of network performance. Previously, Karunan served as the MSIP Operation & Governance Manager at Ericsson, overseeing service agreements and driving continuous improvement processes. With experience in various roles at Huawei, including Senior Wireless Network Engineer and Managed Service Operation Manager, Karunan has contributed significantly to network performance and customer satisfaction. Karunan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak.
