Kelly Thompson

Kelly Thompson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the Head of People Business Area Operations and M&A Deal Lead at Ericsson. Having a broad scope of domestic and global HR experience, they previously held roles such as Senior People Business Partner and Director of Human Resources at Kathrein USA. With a strong background in employment law, Kelly is known for developing recruitment strategies and improving employee relations. They have also served as HR liaison at Duke Realty Corporation and Panattoni Development Company. Kelly is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
