Kenneth Andersson

Kenneth Andersson has extensive experience at Ericsson, where the individual has held multiple leadership roles since February 1994, including Head of the People Business Partner Team and Director of Sales & Engagement Excellence. In the capacity of Head of People Business Partner Team, Kenneth leads a team that supports the organization in Sweden. Previous positions at Ericsson include HR Business Partner across various functions and management roles in learning and training operations. Prior to Ericsson, Kenneth worked at Learning Tree International in sales and held the position of Financial Controller at Schlumberger Sweden. Kenneth's educational background includes a diploma in Marketing Economics from IHM Business School and attendance at Hersby Gymnasium.
