Kenneth J.

Kenneth J. is currently the PST Operations & Strategy Manager at Ericsson, where they are a member of the leadership team responsible for outsourced production and aftermarket services globally. Prior to this role, Kenneth held various positions at Samsung Electronics Nordic, including CS Project Manager and Service Process Innovation Team Lead, focusing on customer satisfaction and process improvement. Kenneth also gained experience at Alfa Laval in materials management and conducted a master’s thesis on lean service at Oriflame. They earned a degree in Industrial Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2012.
