Kevin Marcellus

Kevin Marcellus is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of People at Ericsson North America since January 2010, Kevin has held various vice presidential positions in human resources within Ericsson, overseeing multiple regions and business units. Prior to Ericsson, Kevin spent over seven years at Nortel in key HR roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for Wireless and Carrier Networks. Kevin's career began at Bell Northern Research, where significant contributions were made as a Senior Advisor and HR Business Partner. Kevin holds an MBA from Queen's University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Bishop's University, alongside a business administration diploma from Algonquin College.
