Kevin Wilson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in field operations and dispatch management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Ericsson since January 2014, Kevin drives Global Field Services programs and has held key leadership roles, including Global Dispatch Lead and Head of Performance and Quality.
