Kleber Silva

Kleber Silva, MBA, has over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong focus on systems analysis and customer solutions in telecommunications. Currently serving as a Systems Analyst and OSS Customer Solution Expert at Ericsson since June 2008, Kleber has previously held roles at Banco Safra as an Analista de sistema and at Sun Microsystems, where responsibilities included managing remote file transfers and system administration tasks. Additionally, a brief tenure as an instructor at Multirede involved Unix training for Movicel.
