Kyle Dodson has extensive experience in customer network support and product line maintenance, currently serving at Ericsson since September 2009. Prior to this role, Kyle was with Nortel from July 1995 to September 2009, where a significant contribution included leading the implementation of Kepner Tregoe's troubleshooting methodologies across various operational teams. Earlier experience includes a position as an engineer in Sprint's Global Product Support. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UCLA between 1991 and 1995.
