Lap Phan

Lap Phan, PMP, MSc, is an accomplished Account Manager and Head of the Project Office at Ericsson, with extensive experience in project management starting from 2008. Notable projects include managing extensive network expansions and swaps for Mobifone and Vinaphone across various regions in Vietnam, as well as leading initiatives like the EMM TIGO project in Laos and the merge of SMART MOBILE networks in Cambodia. Prior roles include National Implementation Manager at Nortel Networks and Strategic Director at KPS-Project Management Professional Training & Consultancy. Lap Phan holds a Master’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Hanoi University of Technology and is certified in Fast Track & Advanced Project Management by the Project Management Institute.
