Lech Choroszucha

Lech Choroszucha is a seasoned compliance executive and former corporate attorney, currently serving as a Senior Compliance Officer at Ericsson. With over 25 years of expertise, Lech practiced law for a decade at Debevoise & Plimpton before transitioning to an in-house role at ADP, where they ultimately became the Head Global Compliance, managing a team that ensured compliance with various regulations. Prior to joining Ericsson, Lech held the position of Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Elastic, enhancing their compliance program and advising on corporate matters. Lech holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, and a Master of Law from the University of Warsaw.
