Leszek Kaniewski

Leszek Kaniewski, PhD, currently serves as the Project Office Manager at Ericsson since January 2017, overseeing operational development and change management within the Program and Project office for GSM, WCDMA, and LTE Operations. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Management Office Manager and Project Manager at Ericpol from January 2010 to March 2013, where responsibilities encompassed GSM systems testing and team leadership. Leszek also held positions such as Telecommunication Simulation Test Environment Engineer and Operational Excellence Office Manager, focusing on operational growth in lean/agile environments. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Electronics and various degrees in management and production engineering from Politechnika Łódzka, complemented by experience as an Associated Lecturer at Wyższa Szkoła Humanistyczno-Ekonomiczna w Łodzi from September 2003 to December 2004.
