Lillian Potter is the Head of Enforcement for Compliance and Investigations at Ericsson, a position held since 2022. Previously, Lillian served as Special Counsel in the FCPA and Anti-Corruption Group at WilmerHale from 2013 to 2022. Lillian also worked as a Skadden Fellow at Texas RioGrande Legal Aid from 2001 to 2003 and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Stephanie K. Seymour at the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit from 2000 to 2001. Lillian earned a BA from Hollins College and a JD from Georgetown University.
