Linda Björk

Linda Björk currently serves as the Head of Change Management Chapter within the Global Journey Transformation Office at Ericsson. With a robust background in change management and strategic marketing, Linda leads a team of over 20 experts, focusing on transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes various roles at Universum, from Project Manager to Head of Marketing Northern Europe, where responsibilities encompassed employer branding, client relations, and regional marketing strategies. Additionally, Linda has worked as a Management Consultant at BTS, facilitating workshops globally for diverse clients. An alumnus of Hanken School of Economics with a Master's degree in Management and Asian Studies from National Sun Yat-sen University, Linda also holds a Board Member position at Ab Martekons Oy, a company specializing in hydraulic cylinder manufacturing.
