Lisa Guess

Lisa Guess currently serves as the Head of Global Solutions Engineering at Ericsson since May 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Senior Vice President of Global Sales Engineering at Cradlepoint, where responsibilities included consolidating pre-sales engineering functions and transitioning sales engineering teams to a cloud-based software model. Previously, as Vice President at Juniper Networks, Lisa evolved the Systems Engineering organization and collaborated with global partner teams. Additional experience includes serving as a Sr. Product Manager at Brocade Communications and Director of Consulting Engineering at Atrica. Lisa holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Christian Brothers University.
