Liselle Rego has over 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of Business Development & Sales Operations for Ericsson's Canada Customer Unit. In this role, Liselle partners with regional service providers to implement 5G solutions and has successfully closed significant deals, including a major Fixed Wireless Access contract. Previous positions include Director of Customer Operations, where Liselle led a $155M LTE network build, and roles in executive advisory and diversity & inclusion initiatives. Earlier in career, Liselle held a project management role for new product introductions at AT&T and was a technical lead for location-based services. Liselle’s career began at Motorola as a Quality Assurance Specialist focusing on critical public safety products. Liselle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Concordia University and a Certificate of Management from UT Dallas.
