Luc Tran

Luc Tran is an experienced project manager currently at Ericsson since June 2007, where responsibilities include managing project scope using a data-driven approach to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Luc served as a Senior Integration Engineer and in various positions as an Experienced Services Engineer, focusing on problem-solving and maintaining service level agreements in both IP and MSS core networks. Luc's career began at Viettel Telecom as Deputy Head of the Technical Department for Fixed Networks, overseeing the planning and development of telecommunications infrastructure. Luc holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lincoln University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (1998-2003).
