Lukas Marchel is currently the Head of Project Control for Northern & Central and Western Europe at Ericsson, where they lead a team of finance accountants across Germany, Netherlands, and Switzerland, providing expertise in project structuring and financial monitoring. Previously, they held various roles at Ericsson, including SOX & Compliance SME Program Manager and Project Finance Management SME, driving compliance and process improvements. Lukas began their career as a Controller at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG and holds a Diplom Kaufmann in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the Schumpeter School of Business and Economics, complemented by studies in Financial Economy at NTNU.
