Lukas Stacheder is an accomplished R&D expert with extensive experience in project and line management. Currently serving as the Head of Value Engineering at Ericsson, Lukas is involved in establishing a new R&D function and is a member of the R&D Leadership team. Previously, Lukas held multiple roles at Ericsson, including Head of Product Design, where they led a team of over 100 experts in antenna technology. Lukas also gained valuable experience in mobile communication antennas while working at Kathrein Mobile Communication and completed an internship in quality management at BMW Group. They pursued their education at Technische Universität München.
