Mainak Biswas

Mainak Biswas is a Senior RF Engineer currently working at Ericsson, where they focus on RF optimization for NR and LTE technologies, including post-launch site optimization and KPI analysis. Prior to this role, Mainak spent seven years at Jio as a Dy. Manager in RF, overseeing network performance and coordination with service providers. They began their career as an RF Engineer at Nokia Networks, managing customer complaints and new site planning.
