Manasi Agarwal

Manasi Agarwal is a Senior Design Researcher and Service Designer at Ericsson, where they continue to leverage their passion for understanding user contexts and needs to create meaningful change. With over 8 years of global, cross-industry experience, Manasi has previously contributed to organizations such as McKinsey & Company and Veryday, focusing on healthcare, retail, and consumer contexts. They hold a Master’s Degree in Integrative Design from the University of Michigan and have also earned an MDes in Innovation and Creativity in Industry from Cranfield University. Earlier in their career, Manasi volunteered with SEWA Trade Facilitation Centre, developing teaching modules for female prisoners, demonstrating a commitment to social impact through design.
