Manuel Lorenzo is an accomplished telecommunications professional with over 25 years of experience in technology and innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Technology & Innovation at Ericsson since July 2006, Manuel oversees strategic initiatives and leads advancements in telecommunications. In addition to this role, Manuel has been a member of the Management Board at 5TONIC since April 2016, contributing to the development of Ericsson’s activities within the lab. Prior experience at Ericsson includes serving as a Program Manager and Senior Systems Architect, where responsibilities encompassed solution architecture, pre-sales consulting, and customer requirement management. Manuel holds a B.Eng in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Bachillerato from IBM Torrevieja.
