Marc Alain Bohn is a compliance and investigations attorney specializing in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and international corporate compliance areas such as anti-money laundering and export controls. Currently serving as Compliance Counsel at Ericsson, Bohn previously held roles at Miller & Chevalier Chartered and VF Corporation, where they focused on anti-corruption compliance and conducted large-scale investigations. Bohn co-founded the GW National Religious Freedom Moot Court Competition during their studies at The George Washington University Law School, where they earned a J.D. in International Business and Trade Law.
