Marcelo Barbosa

Marcelo Barbosa is an IT executive with over 28 years of experience driving digital transformation and managing multicultural teams. Currently, they serve as the Head of IT Support for South Central Europe and LATAM at Ericsson, where they oversee local IT management and support. Previously, Marcelo held various leadership roles at Ericsson, including the Head of IT LATAM North & Caribbean and Director of CORE/IMS, where they achieved significant improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Marcelo co-founded Ser + Digital, focusing on E-learning and digital strategy, and held the position of Country Manager at Mercado Eletrônico México, managing business development and strategic planning. They hold a Bachelor's degree from Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
