Mariam Elazab is currently the Head of Technical Support Americas in the Hardware Engineering Unit at Ericsson. Previously, Mariam held roles including Senior Product Support Engineer at Ericsson and Radio Design and Optimization Engineer at Telenet, where responsibilities included technical support and network optimization. Earlier experience includes positions as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Queen's University, along with RF Planning Engineering roles at Vodafone Egypt. Mariam earned a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Engineering and Technology from the German University in Cairo.
