Mark Gibson is an experienced professional with a strong background in education and technology development. Currently serving as the Global L&D Lead for Connect to Learn at Ericsson since January 2012, Mark is responsible for learning strategy and education technology within the program. Mark also holds leadership roles focused on innovation and eLearning at Ericsson. As the founder and Director of Aerial Edge Circus School Ltd since April 2007, Mark manages a not-for-profit circus school in Glasgow catering to approximately 1,000 student bookings monthly. Previous experience includes roles as Education Director and Principal Education Consultant at Telcordia Technologies, EU Education Solutions Development Manager at Huawei Technologies, and Technical Director at eSource Network Ltd. Mark's education includes a Master of Science in Information Security from the Royal Holloway, University of London, and certification as a Business Process Framework (eTOM) Consultant.
