Mark Sanders

Mark Sanders currently serves as the Head of Network Operations at Ericsson since October 2025. Previously, Mark worked as Senior Vice President at Tilson from October 2022 to June 2025, where responsibilities included directing national sales and operational strategies, leading to over $400 million in contracts and a 58% CAGR. Before Tilson, Mark held the position of Senior Vice President, Wireless at Nexius, managing a $300 million P&L and fostering strategic partnerships. Mark’s tenure at Ericsson includes roles as Vice President of Customer Operations and Regional Account Director. Additionally, Mark's career began at Applied Materials, where roles included Project Manager and Business Process Analyst. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Texas State University.
