Massimo La Rosa

Massimo La Rosa is a seasoned project manager and product owner with over ten years of experience leading multi-national, multi-cultural project teams in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Lead Product Owner in the Security Domain at Ericsson, they have also held various roles including Scrum Master and Quality Manager, showcasing their expertise in agile methodologies, process management, and quality assurance. Prior to their tenure at Ericsson, Massimo worked at Marconi PLC, where they progressed through various software roles and ultimately served as Engineering Manager. They hold a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Genova and have received multiple certifications, including PMP and CSM.
