Mats Karlson

Mats Karlson is the Manager of R&D Design at Ericsson, where they lead cross-functional product development teams and focus on creating effective teamwork through trust and engagement. With past roles including Project Manager and Mechanical Design Manager, Mats has extensive experience in managing large global projects and engineering teams. They have also worked at Laird Technologies and Volvo Aero Engine Services in various engineering and management capacities. Mats holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and has completed selected courses in Finance and Production Engineering at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
