Mauro Ghirelli has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, beginning with Marconi PLC from April 1992 to March 2001, where Ghirelli served as a HW designer and FW Team Leader, focusing on ASIC design and firmware for optical network units. Ghirelli then transitioned to Ericsson, first as a Senior WIND Italy & Verticals Solution Manager from January 2006 to December 2011, where responsibilities included managing broadband network offerings and supporting various Italian vertical customers. Since January 2012, Ghirelli has held the position of Senior Solution Architect in the MELA Network & Service Organization, providing technical support to Italian enterprise customers and RMED telecommunications operators.
