Mauro Guidetti

Mauro Guidetti is currently the Head of Supply Site at Ericsson in Nanjing, China, where they support 5G product introduction and Industry 4.0 enablement. With a Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova, they have extensive experience in operations management, product management, and project oversight across various global companies including Telecom Italia, Marconi, Cisco, and Ericsson. Previously, they held leadership positions in supply chain management and testing, managing complex product releases and global teams. Mauro has also completed four years of international assignments in countries such as Malaysia, Sweden, the USA, and India, and recently earned an Innovation Manager Certification from RINA institute.
