Mayank Chandra

Mayank Chandra is an experienced technology leader with expertise in Automation, Analytics, and AI, currently serving as the Head of Demand & Delivery at Ericsson since June 2018. Mayank oversees the delivery of AI, Analytics, and Automation solutions while leading cross-functional teams across Europe and Latin America. Previous roles include Director of Analytics & AI/ML Solutions, where strategic roadmaps and platforms were established, and pioneering MLOps platform industrialization for Managed Services Network. Mayank's career at Ericsson began in 2007, covering various roles from Solutions Architect to Senior Software Developer. Mayank further developed skills as a Software Developer at InterGlobe Communications and a Business Development Executive at Activent Engineering. Mayank holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from APJ College of Engineering.
