Mayank Gaur is currently an L2 Team Lead in Charging Systems, specializing in automation, network optimization, and incident management. With a strong background in the telecommunications domain, Mayank has worked at Ericsson as a Domain Support Engineer, Technical Authority, and Charging Engineer from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, Mayank served as a Performance Engineer at ManpowerGroup and a Switch Engineer at Airtel. Mayank holds an MBA in Telecommunications Management from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, and a B.Tech in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering from Maharishi Markandeshwar Engineering College.
