Melanie Lenhardt

Melanie Lenhardt serves as the Director and Head of Strategy and Business Operations for Ericsson's South Africa Business Operations Support Systems since June 2021. Prior to this position, Melanie held various leadership roles, including Advisor to the SVP at Ericsson and Head of Digitalization at CAMELOT Management Consultants Middle East, where responsibilities included overseeing digital transformation projects and developing service offerings in emerging technologies. Melanie has extensive experience in supply chain management, business transformation, and project management, with a proven track record of achieving significant cost reductions and implementing innovative solutions. Educational background includes a diploma in International Management from Friedrich Schiller University, complemented by internships and consulting roles at prominent organizations in various sectors.
