Michael Hesse is a Principal Solution Architect at Ericsson, where they have been working since 2011, focusing on Radio Access Networks. Prior to this, Michael served as a System Engineering Manager at Telstra from 1993 to 2011, leading the development of the radio access portion of Telstra's Next G Network. Michael’s early career included roles as an Engineer at Nortel Networks and as an Engineer/Physicist at the Australian Antarctic Division, where they were responsible for the Auroral and Space Physics research program. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Systems Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics from Monash University, awarded in 1988.
