Michal Lapacz

Michal Lapacz is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in cloud-based platforms and advanced technologies. They worked at Ericsson from 2016 to 2021, where they contributed significantly to projects involving Generative AI and Large Language Models, as well as developing applications for school management in hospitals. Michal also demonstrated expertise in Cloud Native technologies and led R&D efforts within the Standardization & Technologies department. They began their career at Ericpol, honing their skills as a full-stack developer before pursuing higher-level roles. Michal holds a degree from Lodz University of Technology.
