Michelle Phillips is a strategic government relations specialist with extensive expertise in ICT regulation, policy, and advocacy. They served as a Research Officer for Senator Alan Eggleston from 1998 to 2000 and have held various roles in prominent organizations, including Head of Government and Policy Advocacy at Ericsson from 2019 to 2024.
