Mikael Larsson is currently the Head of Program Office for System and Technologies at Ericsson. From 2020 to 2023, Mikael served as the Head of Operations & Technology Management in the Common HW Design organization, overseeing approximately 300 staff and managing areas such as Quality Assurance, strategy, and technology management. Prior to this, Mikael held various leadership roles at Ericsson, including Manager for R&D Power Solutions, where they were responsible for embedded power solutions. Mikael started their career at Ericsson MicroWave, where they worked as a Project Manager and subsequently as Manager for Power Systems.
